At Justhada, your satisfaction matters to us. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we’re here to help. Please review the policy below for important information regarding returns, refunds, and order-related concerns.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging, including all accessories, inserts, and seals
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, altered, or returned without original packaging components are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
  • Gift cards
  • Complimentary or promotional items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and original packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an Justhada error (such as a defective or incorrect item)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Justhada is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return results from our error

Exchanges

At this time, Justhada does not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different item, please return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order separately.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:

  • Recheck your bank or payment account
  • Contact your credit card provider (processing times vary)
  • Contact your bank, as posting delays are common

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after placement. If you need to cancel an order:

  • If the order has not yet shipped, cancellation may be possible
  • If the order has already shipped, it must follow the standard return process

Return Address

All returns require prior authorization before being sent.
A return shipping label or written instructions from Justhada must be provided before returning any item.
