Ordering & Payment
How do I use a discount code?
You can enter your discount code during checkout before completing payment.

Add your selected item(s) to cart.

Proceed to checkout.

On mobile, tap “Show order summary” to open the discount code field.

On desktop, the discount code box usually appears on the right side of the checkout page.

Enter your code and tap Apply before completing payment.
Please make sure the discount has been applied before placing your order, as we may not be able to manually apply a code after payment has been completed.
What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods may vary depending on your location and device.
How much is shipping?
Our standard shipping fee is $5.99 USD for most worldwide orders.
The final shipping cost will always be shown at checkout before payment. From time to time, we may also offer free shipping or other promotional shipping offers.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. JustHada ships to many countries worldwide.
To help orders arrive as efficiently as possible, we may ship from different fulfillment centers depending on product availability and the customer’s delivery location.
How long does delivery usually take?
Estimated delivery time is usually 10–20 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
Please note that delivery time may vary due to customs clearance, local courier delays, holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can use the tracking number to follow your package through the carrier’s website or a universal tracking site such as 17track.net.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking information can sometimes take 24–48 hours to appear after your package has been shipped.
It is also normal for tracking to pause while the package is moving between countries, customs facilities, or local courier networks. In most cases, updates will resume once the parcel reaches the next scan point.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
If your order contains more than one item, it may be shipped in separate packages.
This can happen when items are stored at different fulfillment centers or when splitting the shipment helps speed up delivery. If your order is shipped separately, each package may have its own tracking number.
Changes & Cancellations
Can I change my shipping address, name, or phone number?
Please contact us at support@justhada.com as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping details.

We will do our best to help, but changes can only be made if the order has not already been processed or shipped.
Can I change the item, size, color, or quantity in my order?
Please email support@justhada.com immediately with your order number and the exact change you would like to make.
Order changes are time-sensitive. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, we may no longer be able to edit the item details.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@justhada.com with your order number. If the order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it.
A handling fee may apply in certain cancellation cases.
Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We are sorry if your item arrived damaged.

What if my item has a quality issue or defect?

Once we review the information, we will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
An item is missing from my order. What should I do?
If something appears to be missing, please first check whether your order was shipped in multiple packages.
If you are still missing an item, contact support@justhada.com with your order number, order email, and the item you did not receive.
Emails & Order Updates
I did not receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first.
If you still cannot find the confirmation email, contact us at support@justhada.com with the name and email address you may have used at checkout. We will help locate your order and resend the confirmation if needed.
I have not received my tracking number yet. What should I do?
Tracking details are usually sent after your order has been processed and shipped.
If you have not received tracking after a few business days, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, email support@justhada.com with your order number and order email, and we will check the status for you.
